vehicle or any other item that they are attached to. They provide
their location on demand or on a set time schedule depending on
the investigator's need. This reduces man hours spent sitting
outside a spouses place of business or residence waiting on them
to leave and meet a suspected boyfriend or girlfriend. They also
allow for mobile surveillance at a greater distance while they are
out on the highways and interstates traveling from one place to

where they are going and timing his or her arrival as not to draw
attention or by not having the same vehicle in a spouses rear-view
